Shipping Terms

All merchandise is produced on a made-to-order basis. Orders are processed and fulfilled twice per month, with shipping occurring within three business days of production completion. Shipping is only available within Ontario for a flat rate of $15.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Free Pick-Up

Completed merch orders will be available for pick up Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings during our regularly scheduled meet ups. To arrange pick up in Cambridge outside of these times, please e-mail RiverRatsRunClub@gmail.com.

Returns

All sales are final. If you have any concerns about the quality of your items please give us the opportunity to make it right by e-mailing us at RiverRatsRunClub@gmail.com
